Custom Dog Shirt Policy

For our custom dog shirts, we will email you at the email address provided at checkout, after the order is received with instructions on to measure your dog for a perfect fit.

Please be advised, we will attempt to email you 2 times for the measurements. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days of the 2nd email attempt, we have the option to cancel the order and you will be refunded half the cost of the item(s).

New orders consisting of handmade or custom items from customers that have already had one canceled order due to non-response, will be filled at our discretion.
